Rental and cancellation conditions

Customer:

The customer undertakes to comply with these rental and cancellation conditions when purchasing products and services from the Airopari company.

These rental and cancellation conditions are valid until further notice.

Rental conditions:

The customer undertakes to use the equipment and equipment at his own risk. The equipment should only be used for its normal purpose of use. The rental equipment may only be used to the extent allowed by the terms and conditions and only in performance locations suitable for those with the skills and knowledge to use the equipment.

The customer undertakes to return the equipment and tools in the condition they were in when they were rented. The customer is obliged to compensate for damages and costs caused by careless or incorrect handling. The customer is responsible for complying with transport, safety and other regulations when using the fleet and equipment. The customer is also responsible for other persons using the equipment or for any damage they cause to the equipment during the rental.

The customer is obliged to immediately inform the lessor of any defects in the equipment.

The customer may not take the equipment out of the country (without a separate agreement), and may not further rent the equipment.

Equipment and tools are inspected together with the customer upon return.

The lessor is responsible for repairs caused by normal wear and tear of the equipment. The lessor is not responsible for any indirect or direct costs or damages that the customer may incur due to the use of the equipment.

The customer is responsible for damages caused by their pets.

Pets must be kept on a leash in the national park area.

The rental period starts from the moment the customer takes possession of the equipment, or at an agreed time when picking up the equipment from a pre-arranged location. The rental period ends at the agreed time upon receiving the equipment or when the customer leaves the equipment at the pre-agreed place at the agreed time.

The rental price is paid in advance with an emailed invoice (or in cash at the time of rental).

The customer is responsible for the correctness of the information they provide.

The entrepreneur is not responsible for any harm or costs to the customer caused by natural conditions, weather, insects, animals or rapid weather changes.

Cancellation terms:

If the customer has to cancel the reservation, the cancellation must be notified to the service provider immediately. The customer is responsible for the cancellation reaching the entrepreneur in sufficient time.

If the customer cancels his reservation: -when there is 30 days or more before the reservation starts, €10 delivery costs will be charged for the reservation.

-when there are less than 30 days but at least 7 days before the start of the reservation, 40% of the price will be charged.

- when there is less than 7 days before the start of the reservation, 80% of the price will be charged.

In the event of force majeure, the service provider may cancel the contract. In case of cancellation, the customer will be notified immediately. In that case, the customer has the right to get the price he paid back in full.
